After payment, the rights to the final website design (excluding licensed assets such as fonts or third-party tools) transfer to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing timely content, feedback, and approvals.
Ensuring all materials provided (e.g., logos, text, photos) are owned by the client or properly licensed.
Compliance with ethical and professional standards, especially for legal advertising.
