All services are offered on a project-by-project basis and subject to specific service agreements.

Pricing for web design and related services will be provided in a written proposal or quote. Payments are typically required in phases (e.g., deposit, mid-project, completion) and must be made as agreed upon in the proposal.

Failure to pay as agreed may result in project suspension or cancellation.

Refunds are not guaranteed once design work has commenced.

All materials created by Website Birdie, including design, code, content (if provided), and branding elements, remain the intellectual property of Website Birdie until full payment is received.

After payment, the rights to the final website design (excluding licensed assets such as fonts or third-party tools) transfer to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely content, feedback, and approvals.

• Ensuring all materials provided (e.g., logos, text, photos) are owned by the client or properly licensed.

• Compliance with ethical and professional standards, especially for legal advertising.

Web Site Birdie is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. We rely on you to ensure that your website content and marketing materials comply with your local bar rules and advertising regulations.

We disclaim all liability for legal or regulatory violations related to content provided or approved by the client.

Web Site Birdie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our website or services.

• Loss of data, revenue, or clients related to your website.

• Delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or vendors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
